The hotel is nice, and has free Wi-Fi, tv, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped me with restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend it for your stay! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

So we also would stay here again, but we didn't have time. It's clean good budget hotel with really helpful staff and an absolutely perfect location. The venue's restaurant is great for breakfast.

The hotel has comfortable and very suitable location near local restaurants and grocery stores as well as Asakusa and Shibuya. It also was near train station...

There were small beds in our room.

cramped room

The location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions.

Unfortunately, the room was quite cramped. The bed was harder than I expected, which affected my sleep quality. The housekeeping was not performed daily unless you paid extra, leaving the room feeling unkept after several days of use.

Dust levels in the room are unacceptable!!! A more thorough cleaning is needed, especially given the musty odor lingering throughout the stay!!! Space is cramped!!!

the location of the hotel is great 10 min walk from ueno station, the central station, besides it is cheap and everything is available in the room, moreover the staff are very helpful and friendly. In other words for me it was a wonderful hotel nothing missing in it and definitely the next time i will not search for another hotel. and i advice others to stay especially couples as per my experience.
